The company is primarily engaged in the development and leasing of housing units in urban areas throughout Turkey. Emlak Konut primarily focuses on purchasing and developing real estate projects, such as apartments and townhomes, aimed at middle and upper-middle-class income groups. The vast majority of the company's total revenue is derived from revenue sharing projects in which property income is shared between multiple contractors. Most of the leases that Emlak Konut receives rental revenue from are short- to medium-term leases.
