Its projects include the Platinum Fashion Mall, War Samui, Holiday Inn Express Samui Hotel, Novotel Bangkok Platinum, and the Platinum Food Center, and others. The company and its subsidiaries are organized into business units based on its products and services and have three reportable segments which are Development and rental of retail space in shopping centers and related services; Hotel operations; and Food and beverages centers.
