The scientific and metrology instruments segment contributes the majority of revenue. It sells electron optics instruments, analytical instruments, and measuring instruments, including electron microscopes, magnetic resonance systems, and mass spectrometers. The industrial equipment segment produces semiconductor equipment and industrial equipment.
