Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust was established following the merger between Frasers Logistics and Industrial Trust and Frasers Commercial Trust in April 2020. As of March 31, 2023, the trust has a diversified portfolio of 107 logistics, industrial and commercial properties valued at around SGD 6.7 billion across Singapore, Australia, Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
