Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Chuck Winograd, and I am Chairman of the Board Director of TMX Group Limited. As prescribed by our bylaws, I will preside as Chair of this annual and special Meeting of TMX Group shareholders.

Joining me on the podium are John McKenzie, the CEO; Dave Arnold -- David Arnold, the CFO; and Cheryl Graden, the Corporation's Chief Legal and Enterprise Corporate Affairs Officer and Corporate Secretary. Also joining us are most of my fellow directors, members of senior management and our auditor, KPMG LLP.
