Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Chuck Winograd, I am the Chair of the Board of Directors of TMX Group Limited. As prescribed by our bylaws, I will preside as Chair of the annual and special meeting of TMX Group shareholders. Joining me on the podium are Lou Eccleston, the Chief Executive Officer; John McKenzie, the Chief Financial Officer; and Cheryl Graden, the corporation's General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. I now formally call the meeting to order and, with the consent of the meeting, request Cheryl Graden to act as secretary of the meeting.

First let me welcome all of you, and thank you for your interest in the affairs of the corporation. I'm pleased to note that a number of my fellow directors are here, having come to Toronto from Montréal, Vancouver and the U.S. I'm also pleased to welcome many employees of the company, most of whom are shareholders of the corporation, I might add, didn't have to come very far, given our wonderful new fort.
