Good morning, everybody, and thank you so much for joining us this morning. The team and I are very thrilled that you decided to spend the next few hours with us, and I know some of you are even going to spend the afternoon with us going to Norwood. So today is Science Day 2019. And we started last year [the rhythm of] doing an annual Science Day where we give a chance to our investors and analysts to look under the hood.

And I think you won't be disappointed with what Stephen, Melissa and the entire team are going to be sharing with you. What we'll try to do, given there's so much around the company, is to do a Science Day in the spring, to talk about the platform and all the advancements in the science. And then to do an R&D day in September, so that we can talk about the pipeline, and the different candidates and human data.
