Okay. If we could please ask people to take their seats, it looks like the webcast is beginning for KAR Auction Services. So very excited to have here with us today Jim Hallett, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer; as well as Eric Loughmiller, Chief Financial Officer. We had Mike Eliason, VP of IR. So I thought to just start with a super big picture, back it all the way up now that we have a new composition of the business.
