So good afternoon, everyone. We're just a tick early, but I thought it's a full room. Let's move forward here. Welcome to the KAR Auction Services corporate presentation. I'm Craig Kennison with Baird Research. KAR Auction Services is a leading provider of auction services for used and salvaged vehicles, and it's about to become 2 separate publicly traded companies. We asked all of our companies to make news ahead of the event. And today, this team just gave a sell-side presentation, talking about the 2 businesses and how they might look.
