Great. Hi, everybody. My name is Mike Walkley. I'm the communications IoT and security analyst with Canaccord Genuity. It's my pleasure to introduce David Meredith, CEO; Patrick Brickley, CFO; and Joshua Young, IR from Everbridge.

Everbridge, with its prevalent management platform, is playing a crucial role in helping governments, enterprises and health care providers manage this COVID-19 pandemic. And if anything, this pandemic has increased the global awareness for CEM solutions where we view Everbridge as the clear leader.
