Okay. I think we're going to go ahead and get started today. I want to begin by welcoming everyone to our -- this is our second annual Analyst Day. We've tried to keep it interesting for you by announcing some major things this week. We knew that would hopefully keep you focused on a couple topics, but we will give you broader access today to the management team to some of our strategic and executional thinking and to, in fact, some of that big news.

So with no further ado, and trying to stay on schedule today, leaving time for questions as we go -- not if I can't move the slides. Are they ready? You're saying that, but the clicker's not moving for me.
