I'm Steve Reid, Chair of the Board of Eldorado Gold Corporation, and I'm joined by George Burns, our Chief Executive Officer. As provided in the company's bylaws, I will be the Chair of the meeting. Eldorado is conducting its Annual General Meeting this year in a physical and virtual hybrid format held in person at the offices of Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP in Vancouver, BC, and virtually using the Computershare virtual meeting platform.
