Thank you. Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to our 2022 Annual General Meeting. I'm Steve Reid, and I'm the Chair of the Board of Eldorado Gold Corporation as provided in the company's bylaws, I'll be the Chair of the meeting. In response to the unprecedented health risk impact of COVID-19 and to mitigate risks to the health and safety of our shareholders, employees and local communities and to increase shareholder engagement. Eldorado is conducting its Annual General Meeting this year in a physical and virtual hybrid format, at the offices of Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP in Vancouver, BC, and virtually using the Computershare virtual meeting platform.
