I want to start this afternoon by just providing a brief overview of Dana for those of you that may not be as familiar with the business, break down the markets that we serve. So approximately half of our business serves the traditional automotive or light vehicle business and the other half serves what we would traditionally classify as the heavy vehicles segments, both the commercial vehicle over the road and off-highway segment such as agriculture, construction and mining.
