Thank you, Ryan. Good afternoon, everyone. I'll just start with a brief overview of Dana on Slide 3, just a snapshot of the business. Company's over 100 years old. We topped $8 billion of sales last year, which represented double-digit growth over the prior year. We have about 38,000 employees. We have 25 major technical facilities, and we do business on every continent where vehicles are produced and machinery and equipment is produced. We supply and support over 15,000 customers that make those vehicles in just over 140 countries.
