Good afternoon, everyone. Thank you for being here. On behalf of the Board of Directors of CLW, it is my pleasure to welcome you all to the 2022 Annual Securityholders' Meeting of Charter Hall Long WALE REIT. My name is Peeyush Gupta, and I'm the Chair of the Charter Hall Long WALE REIT Board of Directors. It's now just gone past midday. And as the necessary quorum is present, I declare this meeting properly constituted and open.

I'd like to commence today's presentation with the acknowledgment of the country. Charter Hall is proud to work with our customers and communities to invest in and create places -- and create places assets on lands across Australia. We pay our respects to the traditional owners, their elders past and present and value their care and custodianship of these lands.
