So good afternoon or good morning for those on the West Coast. Thanks for joining Citi's 16th Annual Biopharma Conference. I'm Neena Bitritto-Garg. I am one of the biotech analysts here at Citi, if you don't know me. And I'm really pleased to be joined for our next fireside chat by Murdo Gordon, the Executive Vice President of Global Commercial Operations at Amgen. And so today, we're going to be talking a little bit about kind of Amgen's commercial outlook as well as some higher-level topics within the biotech space and if you kind of ask that specific questions as well.
