Okay. Great. Thank you, Annie, and good afternoon, everybody. Good morning for those of us on the West Coast. My apologies for the slightly delayed start this morning. Delighted you could join us today, and hopefully, you can join us again tomorrow.

We presented some important data this morning in the virtual scientific session of ESMO on, sotorasib, also known as AMG 510, which, as you know, is a first-in-class inhibitor of KRAS G12C, and this is advancing rapidly through clinical development. In addition, we are also presenting data tomorrow on our extended half-life BiTE AMG 160 that targets PSMA or prostate-specific membrane antigen.
