Good morning, and welcome to the 2022 annual stockholder meeting of Lightning eMotors. Will the meeting please come to order. I am Robert Fenwick-Smith, Chair of the Board of Directors of Lightning eMotors. I will be presiding over this meeting along with my fellow Directors and the executive officers of the company.

I would like to thank you for joining us today. We appreciate your attendance, your interest, and most importantly, your support of Lightning eMotors.

You are participating in the meeting virtually. Our virtual meeting allows us to be more inclusive, and reach a greater number of our stockholders. Stockholders may submit questions at any time during this meeting in the space provided on the virtual meeting screen.
