Thank you. Good morning. Thank you all for joining GAM's 2019 Results and Strategy Update Call. My name is Pete Sanderson, Group CEO of GAM. And I'm joined today by Richard McNamara, our Group CFO. I'll start the call by providing my perspectives on joining GAM and then briefly reviewing the firm's key milestones for 2019 before turning to Richard to walk you through our financial results.
