So thanks for being with us, Paul, today. So clearly it's been an eventful year for WPP, new strategy, new management team in place. So I think in that context, I think it might be helpful just provide an update to the way you are on the execution of that 2021 plan. And also talk about maybe what other strategic priorities for WPP in the next 12 months.
