Oh that's -- good morning. Welcome to the Verizon Investor Day. For you here in New York, thank you for joining us. For everyone on the webcast, great that you're joining us here in New York.

First of all, safe harbor. Whatever it means, it will be some forward-looking statements here, so you know that drill. So I promised Brady I'm going to mention that, so we'll start with that.

But let me also start with saying that the last 12 months has been very eventful. We had this event last year in February time frame as well. There's a lot of things that's been happening, but not only last year, even the last week. We have quite a lot of things happening. And I think there's no surprise that after 2 years, we actually have a decision on T-Mobile and Sprint. As I've said so many times to all of you asking me, we actually put out a strategy 1.5 years ago that was agnostic to whatever outcome.
