Okay. Thank you and good afternoon. Appreciate you coming in to hear about our company. Just real quick, Valmont at a quick glance, last year, roughly $2.7 billion, we've had some growth this year on a quarter-over-quarter basis, market cap about $3.1 billion, based on, I think, it was the 12th. You can see there 23 countries we're physically in with manufacturing presence and in 87 different locations. You can see the geographic split by revenue within our businesses there and operating income, Utility, ESS, Coatings and Irrigations. So really think about us as an agriculture and infrastructure kind of base company. We play in those 2 broad categories.
