Global Consumer, Tech and Services Conference. A couple of quick comments on Baird before we get started this morning. So Baird, for those of you who are not super familiar, this is our 100th year. Actually, next week, we have all of our associates coming into Milwaukee to celebrate our 100th year in existence. So we're quite excited about that. We are privately held and employee-owned. We're now approaching 4,000 employees. A little over $220 billion clients under -- assets under management, most of that in our Private Wealth Group. And we're looking, at this year, close to $2 billion of revenue across our businesses. About half of our firm is asset-based, half of our firm is advice-based. And then one of the things we're proudest of, we're 16 years as a Fortune 100 Best Places To Work, which I'll touch on in a minute.
