Great. Good morning. This is Ken Hoexter from BofA, the airfreight and surface transportation and marine transportation analyst. Welcome to our 27th Annual Transportation and Industrials Conference, albeit virtually this year.

So with us next, we've got Union Pacific, Jennifer Hamann, EVP and CFO. And Jen, we welcome you to your first time at our conference as CFO, albeit virtually, as you took over the CFO seat on January 1. We know you've been here many times in your prior IR role back -- all the way back in 2002 to 2011. But UNP has been gracious enough to participate in 17 of the past 19 conferences that we've hosted.
