Great. Good afternoon, everybody. Thank you for joining us for the Uniti session here at NAREIT. My name is David Barden, I'm the telecommunications and communications infrastructure analyst for Bank of America, and I'm really pleased to have been welcomed -- invited to host CEO, Kenny Gunderman, of Uniti for this presentation and this Q&A.
