Good morning. The 2022 Annual Meeting of the Shareholders of UGI Corporation will now come to order. In an effort to protect the health and safety of UGI Corporation shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and members of the community in light of the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, and to provide cost savings to both UGI and our shareholders, we are again holding this year's annual meeting through this virtual format.

I am Frank Hermance, Chair of the Board of Directors, and I will be presiding over this meeting. I'd like to welcome all of you here today and thank you for your support and interest in UGI. Monica Gaudiosi, who has joined virtually, is Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of the company. She will act as Secretary of this meeting.
