So, with that, I'll turn it over to Paul to start by discussing our Q3 income statement balance sheet.

Thanks, Nick. As Nick mentioned, I'll start by highlighting a few key areas of our income statement and balance sheet for Q3 and the first nine months of 2020.

On this slide, we show the full income statement as seen in our financials. The key points to highlight on our income statement are as follows:

First, starting with our top line, year-over-year, our continuing revenue grew 35% in the first nine months of 2020, after adjusting for the EPC services business, which has been exited. With our strong backlog, we are looking forward to revenue growth accelerating into 2021 and beyond.
