I'm going to talk about enCore Energy. We're a near-term producer, and I'm going to talk about our plans to get there and become one of the new developers in the United States.

enCore has been around in the business -- actually, it has been around since 2006, gone through various iterations. It came out of some of the former creators of Energy Metals. And through that period of time, we've built the company up. And most importantly, we put ourselves to be a near-term producer when we acquired the uranium assets from Westwater Resources at the end of 2020, and then acquired Azarga Uranium with their pipeline of projects at the end of 2021. And we've started executing on our development plans in South Texas.

We're focusing everything right now around our South Texas properties because it's on a favorable regulatory regime. We're on time right now for getting started in 2020 -- start up for production 2023 in our Rosita plant and we finished the plant
