Good morning. Good morning, everyone. My name is Domenic Carosa, Chairman. Today we will have Holger, our CEO; and Tom, our Chief Product Officer, presenting and then we will have some time for questions. I'd like to welcome everyone to the webinar today. There is a Q&A button and feel free to start asking your questions. We will do our best to answer them.

What I'd like to do is just go through and give you a little bit of an update of the last nine months and the CTO provide a bit of an update with regards to the audit, the AGM, and then Holger and the team will provide an update with regards to looking forward.

I think it's suffice to say that it's been a fairly challenging time on the audit front for the company. There were a number of reasons why the audit was delayed and the company went into a CTO. And you'll see that there's a QR code there that outlines -- we made an announcement that outlined some of the key reasons. But let me just touch on it just very, very quickly.
