Western Copper and Gold Corporation - President & CEO

We actually have fairly good liquidity on the stock. We've got a very strong US retail following, and then we do a lot of marketing down in the US. Market cap is around $120 million. Share price come back a little bit from that, we're sitting at about $1 today, but a healthy valuation at this point in time.

Where are the shares? Management and Board is 8%. The bulk of that is with our Executive Chairman, Dale Corman, he has got 6% of that 8%. And then there's a group of high-net-worth individuals, and that represents about half of the outstanding shares. And really this is a group of people that's mostly Dale, and myself, and Chris. I've known for a long time and have been good supporters of the company.

Fleshing the management structure. We've got Dale, and for those of you that don't know Dale, Dale has been in the industry for his whole life. His big win was with Western Silver, and he took Western Silver from a bit of an exploration play, did some engineering on that, sold Western
