So thank you for sticking around after a long day to hear the Seabridge story. As I mentioned, I am the Chairman and CEO of the company, co-founded the company in 1999 with a contrarian view on gold.

Just a reminder that I will be making forward-looking statements during today's presentation. I'd say that most CEOs have a hard time not making forward-looking statements. And you could read what that means in terms of what I will be saying.

So if you look at Seabridge, the investment case for Seabridge, lots of ounces of gold and lots of pounds of copper. 45 million ounces of proven and probable gold reserves and over 10 billion pounds of copper. And that's contained with an overall resource of 122 million ounces of gold and 46 billion pounds of copper.

We believe that share count does matter. After 21 years, we only have 63 million shares outstanding. And no, we've never done a rollback. Our valuation today is quite low relative to peers. We're trading at below $20 per reserve ounce and at about $5 per resource ounce.
