Okay. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. It's 10:35, and I would ask that the meeting come to order. My name is Jim Riddell. I'm the President, CEO and Chairman of Paramount Resources. Sitting at the table next to me is Mitch Shier, Paramount's General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. And you'll note that picture of Clay as well. He's still here watching over us. On behalf of Paramount's directors and management, I'd like to welcome you to this Annual Meeting of Shareholders and the Paramount Resources.
