That's great, and thanks for inviting us to share the Kits story. We started by asking ourselves, how is this $80 billion category that eight out of 10 adults require just to get through the day, how is it still so complicated? Eye care just really feels like it's the last category that technology and automation have forgotten about. And somehow, it's okay for 100 million customers every year to buy prescription glasses and not really know why they cost so much.

So we started Kits in 2018 to make eyecare easy. And we knew that to do that, it wasn't going to be by adding more costs or complexity to the system or brick-and-mortar stores. It would be by taking the waste out of the system. And so how do you disrupt this big category, and how do you grow
