So firstly, welcome to the Granite AGM. Thank you, everyone, for attending. We weren't quite sure how this was going to turn out, but it looks pretty good. So I appreciate everyone taking the time to come. I think we all felt it was important to, as part of our post-COVID life, return to normal, and this is an important first step as part of a broader many first steps. And again, we appreciate you guys taking the time to come see us today.

So with that, I'll move on to the more formal part of the presentation, which you guys have seen the movie before. It's a little dry, but we'll get through it. And then the entertainment will show up with Kevan.
