After concluding that, Boston Pizza International will provide a brief presentation of their recent activities and its prospects for the upcoming year. And after that, the most important part, we will have time for refreshments and an opportunity to talk to trustees and to representatives of BPI importantly with each -- with that said, I would like to call the 2019 Annual General Meeting of the unitholders of Boston Pizza Royalties Income Fund to order. As Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Fund, I will act as the Chairman of this meeting. Boston Pizza International will act as Secretary for the meeting.
