Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Aimia Inc. Annual Meeting. My name is Charlie Frischer, and I am Chairman of the Board.

Once we are through the formal part of the meeting, I will provide a business update and invite Phil Mittleman, Aimia's newly appointed interim CEO, and Director of the Corporation; Mr. Bruce Kerr of Kognitiv; and Cindy Faust of Aimia Loyalty Solutions to speak to you about a very exciting transaction we announced earlier today.
