Thanks for coming. Good turnout for us. Bio-Techne is a Minneapolis-based company. I've been asked to present this in the form -- or you can lead to the -- actually learn fully about the company, that'd be too specific. We're actually a complicated little company. We've got a lot of stuff for what size we are, and we've been told, we kind of punch above our weight. We'll see. Great.

Currently, we're about 2,200 employees. Market cap is closer to $8 billion as of yesterday. And we're a fiscal-based company. So we'll finish here in June. And last June, we were at $643 million. This year, we'll be well over $700 million.

We're about 35 locations, a lot of little locations, a lot of commercial organization. We've done a lot of acquisitions and more -- mostly bolt-on so not a lot of cost synergy strategies per play, if that okay. We're roughly 2/3 there in consumables; and instruments, around 10%; and diagnostics, OEM mainly and the rest of the comp -- of our business overall.
