Hello, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Michael OâKeeffe, and I'm Executive Chair of Champion Iron Limited, and I'll be serving as Chair of today's meeting. It's now 8:00 a.m. in Sydney and 6:00 p.m. in Montreal, and I welcome you to the 2021 Annual General Meeting of the company. I am advised that we have a quorum being 2 registered shareholders, and as such, I now declare the Annual General Meeting open.
