Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and fellow shareholders. I would like to welcome you all to this annual and special meeting of the common shareholders of RF Capital Group Inc. My name is Don Wright. I am the Chair of the Board of Directors of RF Capital. And in accordance with RF Capital's bylaws, I will be chairing this meeting.

In the event I am disconnected from the meeting as a result of technical malfunction, Krista Coburn, our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, will step in and assume the role of Chair of the meeting.

On behalf of the Board, I wish to express my sincere thanks to all who are joining us today as well as to those who have submitted their proxies in advance. As you know, 2020 was a year of significant change for RF Capital Group. I am pleased to report that we've delivered on several key priorities.
