So Chris called me and said, let's do this. He said we got this awesome AV package. We have 65-foot by 20 foot AV setup. I said, wicked, let's strip it down and not use it at all. Let's not bring any videos, no talking points on the monitor. Let's just have a stripped-down conversation about what the hell is going on at Tim Hortons. And who this parent company RBI is?

So quick background on me. Nine years in government, worked for Frank McKenna in New Brunswick, worked for the Prime Minister when I was 24. Moved to agency, did six years in agency in Ottawa and Toronto, and went to Canadian Tire for nine years and spent 2.5 of those as President of Sport Chek. Lived here in Calgary. Ski Lake Louise every weekend, loved it.
