Good morning, everyone. I'm Siva from the Singapore Airlines Public Affairs Department. I hope everyone is well today. Welcome to our fiscal year 2020-2021 media and analyst Briefing. Given the COVID-19 measures that are in place, we are unfortunately unable to meet everyone in person once again. However, we hope that this virtual session that we have organized will be useful.

Today, we will have 2 presentations. First, Mr. Stephen Barnes, Senior Vice President, Finance, Singapore Airlines, will present the group's full year results. Next, our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Goh Choon Phong will talk about the outlook and strategy for the group. Following that, we will have a short question-and-answer session.
