We'll go straight into Q&A. So maybe, Mark and also Rob, you've got the 2019 goals that were set a few years ago. Maybe just give us a sense of your satisfaction with the progress towards those goals.

I'll quickly start -- I'll start off. I'm going to quickly hand it over to Rob. But I want to start off by saying thanks to Julian and the Barclays team for the invitation. We do appreciate it, and thanks to all the audience members for your participation today.

So we did set goals in March of 2017, 3-year goals. And we've laid out what we thought we could perform over the next 3 years in sales growth, operating margin, return on invested capital and free cash flow to net income. So I'll let Rob update
