Rimini Street was founded in 2005 by our current CEO, Chairman of the Board, Seth Ravin, who had built, helped build this business at PeopleSoft to -- people who have been in the industry long enough know that they were taken over by Oracle. We saw a huge arbitrage opportunity. The vendors, chiefly Oracle and SAP, to this day drive 90% gross margin and offer average level support.
