Good afternoon. As most of you know, I'm Raymond James' Chairman and CEO, Paul Reilly, and I'll be presiding at today's Annual Meeting.

On behalf of the directors, officers, associates of Raymond James, I want to welcome you all here. And it's my pleasure to kick off the meeting. And it looks like almost everybody here is a director, officer, associate or alumni of Raymond James. So it's good to have everybody here.

We'll get through the technical part. The rules of procedure for our meeting were made available to you as you entered the room. The notice of this meeting was contained in our proxy materials mailed on January 17, 2019, to shareholders of record as of December 2, 2018.

In accordance with our bylaws, I hereby appoint Mr. Jonathan Santelli, our General Counsel and our Company Secretary, as the meeting's Inspector of Elections. Jonathan, will you please announce the number of shares known to be present in person or in proxy?
