Hey, everybody. Thank you for so much for being with us for this session with REE as part of Deutsche Bank's global automotive conference. My name is Emmanuel Rosner. I am the lead US autos and automotive technology analyst here at Deutsche Bank. We are extremely pleased to be joined today by David Goldberg, who is the CFO of REE Automotive.

REE Automotive is an auto tech company that provides a modular EV platform based on its REEcorner technology. It packs vehicle driver -- drivetrain and components into the arch of the wheel. The company is looking to develop capacity of I think 10,000 sets by the end of this year, and then 20,000 sets by the end of 2023.
