Good morning. I am Frank Bedu-Addo, President and CEO. of PDS Biotechnology Corporation. Let me take this opportunity to welcome you to the special meeting of stockholders of PDS Biotechnology Corporation.

Due to continued public health concerns resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic and government recommended and required limits on public gatherings and to protect the health and safety of the company's stockholders, directors and employees, this special meeting is being held in a virtual-only meeting format. This allows stockholders regardless of physical location to participate in today's meeting. Not only can you listen to the meeting, but you can also submit questions and vote your shares online prior to the closing of the polls in accordance with the instructions you received prior to the meeting. The polls are now open.
