Welcome to the 36th Annual Meeting of Tourism Holdings Limited. My name is Cathy Quinn, your Chair. After several years of online meetings, we are glad to be able to welcome shareholders in person. For those of you joining online through our virtual meeting platform, you're still able to vote and ask questions online, and I will provide you with further instructions as we progress through the meeting.
