Good morning. I hope everybody stayed dry. I managed to hop out of a breakfast place and catch the hail of the morning. So I hope it didn't happen to you. Teach me to carry an umbrella around me.

This is the 22nd Annual Meeting of Auckland International Airport Limited as a listed company.

I'm Patrick Strange, Chair of the Board. We have a quorum of shareholders so I declare the meeting opened. Now today's meeting is being webcast for those who couldn't make it here, through a virtual meeting platform provided by our share registry, Link Market Services. So welcome, everyone. Many thanks to all of you who have taken the time to join us, either here or online, it is much appreciated.
