Welcome back, New York Community, to our Americas Select Franchise Conference. As many of you are aware, New York Community has been one of the most consistent presenters at this event. The bank is a leading producer of multi-family loans on rent-stabilized apartment buildings in New York City. It's also one of the few liability-sensitive names in my coverage, so it's a name that actually benefits if the Fed decides to cut interest rates over time.

The bank also has a very -- as you'll learn from this presentation, the bank has a very strong historical credit quality experience, which positions it as one of the more defensive U.S. banks.
